ABOUT
DEEP Marine Civil Engineering was founded in 2015 in Eilat, Israel by Mr. Toby Shternhal. Toby gained over 15 years of experience working as a commercial diver, supervisor and project manager on various projects worldwide (UK, Israel, South America, Australia and Cyprus). Amongst Toby's qualifications are offshore commercial diver certified by the Australian Diver Accreditation Scheme; certificated diving supervisor by the British Association of Diving Contractors (ADC); underwater coded welder by Llyods Register.
The main objective of the company is filling the gap of professional contractors and service providers to the commercial diving, marine civil engineering and shipping industries in the region.
